Booking Conditions
Cancellation : Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary depending on the type of accommodation and booking platform selected. Please consult the specific conditions applicable to each option at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated, bookings may be canceled free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival date. Prepayment of the room can be made within the 5 days preceding arrival. If no prepayment has been made, payment will be due at check-in. Credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation until your arrival at the hotel.
Cancellation/modification of a booking is possible free of charge up to 5 days before arrival, before 6:00 PM. After that time, the total booking amount will be due.
A booking confirmation is sent to the email provided at the time of booking. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder and/or contact us to verify. Not receiving the confirmation is not a valid reason for cancellation.
In the event of a dispute, Belgian law will apply. Furthermore, without prejudice to the law of 06.04.2010 on market practices and consumer protection, the courts of Tournai will have jurisdiction.
Terms and Conditions
Non-smoking hotel : Our hotel is entirely non-smoking. A €250 fee will be charged to any guest who smokes in their room or bathroom. Please respect this policy by not smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside around the hotel.
Pets : Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
Payment Guarantee : A security deposit will be required if no credit card is presented at check-in.
Arrival Time : To ensure the best welcome and organization, please provide your arrival time at booking or later if not prompted. Also, inform us in real-time of any changes to your schedule.
Hotel Stay : Guests agree to use the room responsibly and to return it in perfect condition. Our rooms are designed to accommodate a maximum of two people. It is not permitted to host or accommodate more occupants, including children. Guests are financially liable for any damage to decor, equipment, or furniture. For hygiene reasons, please shower before using the jacuzzi, whirlpool, sauna, etc., and be careful to avoid slipping when exiting these facilities.
Food and Beverages : To avoid staining the carpet, please do not consume food or beverages in the room, except for what is available in the minibar and the champagne provided by the hotel. Personal consumption in the dining area can be arranged upon request and at no charge. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Hotel Boutique : Some items provided in the room, such as towels, bathrobes, and amenities, may be purchased. Ask reception for more details. Slippers are not disposable; they are collected, cleaned, and reused. You can purchase your pair for €12 (or new ones for €15). If minibar items are not declared at check-out or slippers are taken, the hotel reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount or send an invoice afterward.
Accidents / Theft / Lost and Found : Inthemia declines any responsibility in the event of accidents occurring on its premises, in the parking area, or on access roads to the facilities. Inthemia is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings, including vandalism, theft, unauthorized use or consumption, or bodily harm (intentional or not) caused by third parties not affiliated with Inthemia. This list is non-exhaustive. Lost items found by Inthemia will be held for one month and can be retrieved by the owner. While in-person pickup is preferred, a return service is available starting at €30 + shipping costs excl. VAT.
